Cancellation Policy
If you must cancel please notify us at least 24 hours prior to the appointment or you will be charged for the missed visit. Thank you for respecting what we love doing most – serving you!
STRICT AND ENFORCED 24 HOUR CANCELLATION POLICY:
Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time, and clients on our waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services. Our appointments are confirmed 48 hours in advance because we know how easy it is to forget an appointment you booked months ago. Since the services are reserved for you personally, a Cancellation fee will apply.
- Cancellations MUST be made 24HOURS before the appointment time.
- Same day cancellations will result in a $50 fee.
- If you "NO CALL, NO SHOW” for your appointment your card will automatically be CHARGED IN FULL for the service booked.
- Deposits are NON REFUNDABLE!
- If you are more than 15min late for your appointment we will have to reschedule you and a $50 fee will be charged.
CONFIRMATION TEXT AND EMAIL:
As a courtesy, you will recieve a text and emsil to confirm your service appointments prior to your appointment date. However, if we are unable to reach you, please understand that it is your responsibility to remember your appointment dates and times to avoid late arrivals, missed appointments and the cancellation fee.
