All purchases and payments made to FanTisi Medspa in connection with any product purchase, package, skincare service, gift card, prepaid appointments, or any financing payments (Care Credit, Cherry Financing or Vagaro pay later) are final sale and non-refundable. 

•All financing credits through Cherry Financing and Vagaro Pay Later is good for 12 months from the date of purchase, for use towards FanTisi Medspa products or services.

For health and sanitation purposes, we cannot accept returns on used skincare products purchased through our website. All sales are final and non-refundable, except in the following circumstances:
